*"New client" is any person who has never purchased a free trial pass, a limited time pass, a punchcard or had a previous membership.

Are your classes beginner friendly?

We welcome athletes of all fitness levels! With over 60 years of combined fitness expertise, we will provide modifications for exercises that may present to be challenging. Come as you are and we will help!

Do I need to sign up for class ahead of time?

Yes! This helps us ensure that we design the best experience for everyone expected to be in class.

What is your CLASS cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. If you know that you will not make it to a pre-booked class, simply cancel your booking at least (1) hours BEFORE the scheduled class time. However, cancellations WITHIN the 1-hour window and NO-SHOWS will be charged a premium of $15 per class. We want to hold you accountable to your goals! After all, bosses don't cancel on themselves!

What is your MEMBERSHIP cancellation policy?

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel your monthly (automatic renewal) membership, we require a WRITTEN NOTIFICATION 30 days IN ADVANCE of the next billing cycle. (Example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 14th and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must send a cancellation e-mail to shirley@houseofg3.com by January 14th.)

What should I bring to class?

Bring a towel and a bottle of water. But most importantly, bring your desire for community, transformation and a great experience!
